Every day, The Center’s staff help individuals be safe, make crucial changes to improve their lives, and reduce the violence in their homes and relationships, all the while striving to eliminate family violence in the 6 communities it serves. The advocates, case managers, crisis counselors, and educators work in a climate of mutual respect and teamwork, supported by the executive director and other administrative staff. The Center takes part in national demonstration projects and studies and has established best practices in its client services. It has grown to a $2.8 million agency, with over 45 employees, who have earned the respect of their peers.
