Every day, The Center’s staff help individuals be safe, make crucial changes to improve their lives, and reduce the violence in their homes and relationships, all the while striving to eliminate family violence in the 6 communities it serves. The advocates, case managers, crisis counselors, and educators work in a climate of mutual respect and teamwork, supported by the executive director and other administrative staff.

The Center takes part in national demonstration projects and studies and has established best practices in its client services. It has grown to a $2.8 million agency, with over 45 employees, who have earned the respect of their peers. Social Worker - Full Time (Some Evenings Required)
The Center for Women and Families of Eastern Fairfield County is dedicated to strengthening women and families and to eliminating violence/abuse through education, intervention, advocacy, and community education. We seek MSW and require minimum two years of experience with intensive in-home trauma treatment for domestic violence clients (adults and children). Computer-based client management system experience and valid CT driver’s license required. We offer a competitive salary/benefits.
